LATIN JAZZ, FLAMENCO AND GROOVE IN THE AUDITORIUM

Pakito Baeza and Da Cappo Latin Groove Jazz is a trio that fuses Latin music and jazz together, with songs of Paquito D’Rivera, Tania María and Dizzy Gillespie, among others, apart from creating new proposals which approach flamenco and grove. The trio will perform a concert on February 8, at 8 pm, in the Auditorium (Paraninfo) of the UA.

Pakito Baeza and Nacho Da Cappo are two musicians with a long career and renowned prestige who, together with the bassist Francesco Severino, perform a show which is "different and original, supported by two audiovisual presentations which strengthen the spectacular nature of the concert".
Pakito Baeza, also known in the house and electronic music world, teaches the Latin Percussion workshop in the Culture Secretariat of the UA.
Tickets (5 €) can be bought in Compas UA Bookshop, Fnac and an hour before the performance in the Auditorium (Paraninfo) of the UA.
